Decisions made by public administration have enormous impact on the business environment. Political representatives and state officials make decisions which may significantly influence a company’s prosperity. Our experts build informed opinions on behalf of our clients at all government levels, reaching cabinet members, parliamentary deputies and senators, as well as regional and local administrations. Donath-Burson-Marsteller provided services in this field as early as 1995, when it successfully lobbied on behalf of Czech small and medium sized breweries’ interests in protecting their tax breaks. Only such activity could save the diversity of the Czech beer market. In the “Awards” section of this site, there is an 1995 IPRA certificate of recognition for this project.

DBM also provides services at the European Union level and in all other economic centers of the world, with support from Burson-Marsteller and its daughter company BKSH, one of the largest lobbying groups in Brussels and Washington DC.
