DBM has thus created two proprietary tools for monitoring online media in real time, which our clients use both in crisis communication and in long-term monitoring of opinions among consumers and other stakeholder groups:
Czechspyder – monitoring social media including Twitter, Facebook and Google+
Czechspyder is a tool created by DBM for automated keyword searches through designated websites, including blogs, discussion forums and social networks. Clients receive an e-mail message with links to original texts containing the keywords. The frequency of the mailing is once per day or once in two hours.
eMediaChecker – monitoring domestic and international news sources
This tool designed by DBM is based on aggregation of Google News and RSS feeds of additional sources. The topic you choose can be monitored on news sites in a language you choose. Relevant articles are available either via e-mail or via an archive.
